The bouquet was beautiful. It was delivered in time and the price was reasonable. Actually I ordered it 1 day prior to Mothers day and they were able to deliver. This in itself is a big plus. Definely will use them again.

I would give 4.5 stars if half stars are allowed. Flowers were lovely and arrangements done beautifully. The flowers were perfection. Only reason they didn't receive the full 5 stars was due to the fact that whoever delivered them couldn't follow the typed out specific instructions left for them. Called me during an meeting to ask for instructions that were already left with details for that purpose. Other than the delivery incident, the entire experience was perfection. Wonderful arrangements.

This is the second year I have used Kara Balance for Valentine’s Day, and last minute at that. Easy to use online system, delivered on time,..and my Mom loved the arrangement!! Very consistent in delivering beautiful arrangements. I will continue to use Kara Bala for all my florist needs.
