I made a mistake with the recipient's address and phoned/emailed the day of delivery to let store know the correct address. The proprietor kindly called back and straightened it out, and showed me photos of floral arrangements that were close to the one in the online photo. The flowers she sent were even more beautiful! I so appreciate her care and thoroughness. I highly receommend Kara Bala Flowers!! Sharon Boorstin
