In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

They are very nice set of flowers for our anniversary. Maria, who arranged the flowers, did an excellent job and even sprayed water on the flowers to refresh them before handing it to me. Maria is also very courteous and appreciative. That’s enough reason for me to come back to Kara Bala Flower Shop whenever I need to get beautiful flowers.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement! Went over and beyond....flowers were fresh and vibrant. My mother really loved it and most importantly the smile on her face said it all. Thank you very much!

I ordered the flower basket to be delivered for my mom's birthday. My mom loved them and showed me those via Skype, and they were beautiful just like in the picture online. The delivery took place within 2-3 hours of placing the order even though it was a busy pre-Valentine day the 13th.
